With our recent snowfall, questions have arisen regarding plowing. The streets are plowed with Management approval when the snow is 4 inches deep or more. For instance, if warm weather is predicted and it appears that it will melt quickly, then it is a waste of money to plow. The snowplow budget was wiped out last year by the first snowfall of the year; hence, caution is being used in monitoring each situation to help avoid increased homeowner dues.
Residents are responsible for snow removal from the sidewalks around their property within twenty-four hours. You may have noticed one homeowner who uses his ATV to plow the sidewalks. He is voluntarily doing this and is not being paid by the Association.

The pool is closed from September 14, 2009 until Memorial Day, May 31, 2010. When it opens next year there will be extended Adult Swim hours: 7:00A.M.-10:30A.M and 8:30P.M.-10:00P.M.

The Parks has experienced several auto break-ins over the last few nights, all to unlocked vehicles. Please report any suspicious activity to our Property Management (617-3863). And make sure and LOCK YOUR VEHICLES!!

The 2009-2011 Board elections of two outgoing officers were held at the annual meeting on May 20. Jane Raleigh was re-elected, and Jerry Jerome is the new Board member replacing Julian Wright. Julian has done a fantastic job serving on both the Board and heading the ARC, and decided to devote all of his energies to the ARC. The Parks greatly appreciates all of the knowledge, insight, and time that Julian has given (and continues to give).
And welcome, Jerry, and thank you for volunteering!
