The streets are plowed with Management approval when the snow is 4 inches deep or more. For instance, if warm weather is predicted and it appears that it will melt quickly, then it is a waste of money to plow. The snowplow budget was wiped out last year by the first snowfall of the year; hence, caution is being used in monitoring each situation to help avoid increased homeowner dues.

Residents are responsible for snow removal from the sidewalks around their property within twenty-four hours. You may have noticed one homeowner who uses his ATV to plow the sidewalks. He is voluntarily doing this and is not being paid by the Association.

Jane Raleigh was re-elected, and Jerry Jerome is the new Board member replacing Julian Wright. Julian has done a fantastic job serving on both the Board and heading the ARC, and decided to devote all of his energies to the ARC. The Parks greatly appreciates all of the knowledge, insight, and time that Julian has given (and continues to give).
